Just as the fly touched the glassy surface of the water, I took a deep breath and thought, Finally! It was just as I had dreamed it, peaceful, serene and invigorating. The water temperature was cool, just slightly more so than the air.  Hmmm, I wonder how effective that fly I tied this morning would be?  But landing the big one will be a bonus.  I am quite content in knowing I'm right where I need to be!
